ABOUT OUR PIZZA

Every day we create our unique family dough recipe that is cooked on stones at 550 degrees. This slow-baked style of pizza creates a crisper crust with just the right touch of airiness to balance out each bite. Our tomato sauce has a mixture of Italian herbs, spices, and red wine, which gives it a robust flavor.
